Mission Statement

We empower young athletes to be the best versions of themselves, one day at a time. The goal is to inspire each athlete to explore the consistent (every day), persistent (without quit), pursuit of their potential - by improving their physical speed and strength, mental and emotional athleticism, leadership qualities, and the power of belief in themselves and the world at large. 

We train with purpose. We train to inspire. We train to compete. We develop body control, linear speed and explosiveness, proper mechanics and technique. 

In our lacrosse training, we separate ourselves from the rest. By combining our performance training knowledge and applying it to lacrosse movements, we not only teach the skills, but maximize them with proper technique. Tied to a deep connection and knowledge of the game of lacrosse, 2 Wolves Performance is built differently. With 2 Wolves Performance, the athlete will gain confidence, increase their muscle memory and skill set to perform at the highest level, their true potential.
